Finding Leah

Finding Leah is a personal site for a creative copywriter. I created it with the intent of trying out a new blogging service called Postachio and ended up establishing an entire brand identity for her. I used simple CSS3 animations and transitions to keep the site lively and interesting.

Gastracker

With GasTracker, I decided to take a real crack at single-page webapp design. I came up with the idea for GasTracker from my daily use of RunKeeper during my bike rides to and from school, work, etc. I wanted to calculate how much gas I was saving by biking instead of driving and use the RunKeeper data to do that. I created an HTML/CSS prototype for the design with plans to implement the working JavaScript sometime in the future.

Pebble Mock

As an early backer of the Pebble smartwatch during their Kickstarter campaign in mid-2012, I have been most excited about this new path for technology and the ability to design my own watchfaces; I have seen a few PSD mockups for this task but as a Sketch user, I decided to create my own. It was well received in the Pebble community with over 2000 downloads of the black and white designs. I plan to use my design skills to bring great looking watchfaces to Pebble users worldwide.

RPS

RPS is the online experience for the classic game that has been played for ages. But how do you play by yourself? In this ever improving project, I took advantage of the great animation abilities in CSS3 and the easy logic found using CoffeeScript to complete this fun task.
